Carb Lens provides AI-powered food analysis and carbohydrate estimation for informational purposes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Prohibited activities include:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Using automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Uploading malicious content or interfering with service operations
• Impersonating other users or providing false information
• Using the service for any illegal purpose

Some features of Carb Lens require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We process payments securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details
• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

Carb Lens provides AI-powered nutrition estimates for informational use. Carbs, sugar, and calories are approximations generated from photos and meal descriptions.

For decisions about medication, insulin dosing, or other clinical care, work with your healthcare provider and confirm with a glucose meter where appropriate. We are not responsible for outcomes from relying solely on the app.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on Carb Lens are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

By uploading photos or content to Carb Lens, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you. You retain ownership of your original content.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to our service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use Carb Lens ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
